The Monocle Café is looking for driven individuals with outstanding qualities who, ideally, have worked in a kitchen before. The ideal candidates will have a passion for cooking and preparing memorable dishes; those with a flair for Japanese food will be placed at the front of the queue. Attention to detail and efficiency are compulsory; you will be required to work closely with food – both its preparation and presentation – and keep your workspace in perfect condition at all times. Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards is a pre-requisite.
